Well while I was on a roll yesterday, I also did some Jerky. This is the second time I made it and it came out much better than the first time.




I've been eating it since last night so the cure must have worked.
 
He does have some good recipes there. I cheated and used one from High Mountain(?) I think was the name. It comes with the cure in a sperate package for those that wouldn't want to use it. It did come out with a fantastic taste. I'm very happy with this one. I paid attention to the smoker at all times and kept rotating the shelves every 1/2 hour.

Nick what kind of smoker is that and what did you pay.
Wittdog could that smoker be used for cold smoking or does it have to be electric?

It is electric. I think witt has the same one only in SS

I had it at 50* to 400*+ so far.
