Local grocer had butts on sale for $1.09per lb. Cheapest Ive seen around here in a long time. 4 butts (34 lbs) went to sausage. The other two will go on the WSM in the am for dinner tommarrow night and the freezer....



Sausage patty with peppers and onions for dinner tonight..
 
Ok...So I am going to be the only person who noticed the Riunite Lambrusco on the table...come on John!! Get a real bottle of vino!! That's a crap bottle!!
 
I added a little ground chipolte powder this time around..came out pretty good..

Greg, you gotta have cheap red wine when making sausage !!
