I'm thinkin'........

.......it's almost sausage making time!
First on my list is WittDog's Grandpa's Polish sausauge. (Awesome stuff!) I need more idea's.
Nick didn't you have a roasted garlic recipe??
I have quite a few butts that are dying to be ground up!
