Didn't even think to take pics till after I seasoned the pork

Season 10 lbs of ground pork seasoned with some Penzeys Bratwurst Seasoning and 2 cups of Stone Smoked Porter. a local beer here is San Diego.

10 lbs of brats. Just gotta wait a couple of days then I get to dig in.

Dang Vermin..you are a virtual cornucopia of good stuff to eat as usual. Have heard much good things said about the Brat seasoning in question. Must be some good grazins.

After a 20 minute simmer

Last of the squaw bread, onions, dijon mustard and some chips. Brats turned out really well!!
