Fruit-A-Labor

Well, here's what I got outa taday's smoke in Used ta be Cool:



Stuffed an ready ta smoke.



After the smoke. I sure like the mahogany color these get in the smoker. Sellin like hot cakes lately! Nearly all that is ta fill orders.

OMG.

That's like our "HEMA Worst", and I crave for a "HEMA Worst"! I can eat those 24/7. (but only 1 a day....)

Hillbilly, I don't know about making sausage, only about eating it, but that looks great. I imagine a full day of work.
