No casings so this will be bulk sausage for chili and pasta dishes.

Food Lion had pork butts on sale for $ .99lb. I got 4 butts. 2 still in the fridge for when my casings get in. 2 are for today. :LOL:

Okay, got it all ground up and the spices are added. Fried up a few pieces of each to test taste. MAN they are good.

I did 4lbs of breakfast sausage, 4lbs of chorizo, and 4lbs of hot italian sausage.



This is my youngest helping with the breakfast sausage.


 
Looks great Bill. If you need hog casings, let me know, I can just walk down the street and get them. :D They are packed in salt so dropping them in the mail to ya is not a problem.
