My 34 year old son flew in today from Seattle and he brought me some excellent sausages. Mario Batali's mom and dad have a cured meat store in Seattle.

Wow that looks tasty. Now the Batali boy has me puzzled. Who ever heard of a fat redheaded freckled up Eyetalian?

Well if they can convince folks a dumb portugese yankee from Falls River Mass. is a cajun..guess it be easy enough to pass off a red headed Irishman as an eyetalian.
