Time for a two week update…The Salami, Bresola and pepperoni have been hanging for 2 weeks now..and we just hung the hams down there.

Right after I hit "send" I thought to myself "What with Dave and two growing boys, Lynn probably wouldn't see much difference."
 
The flavor was very piney from the rosemary….IMHO it could use some garlic..the meat was very rich tasting…unfortunately no one really cared for it…. :oops: flavor wise..oh well nothing ventured nothing gained..
