Here's a pic of a tray of beef headed for the dehydrator. I used top round roast and had 4 # of meat. It spent 2 days in Wittdogs apple beef jerky marinade and it smelled great. It made two and a half trays like this one. Hopefully the marbeling won't be a problem, but it came from a top choice beef and it's hard to find zero marbeling in it. I'll post finished pics.
