Thanks!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! You read my mind wittdog. I’m moving the WSM out to the front porch for this weekends smoke, now I just need to decide on what to cook. My daughter is having three of her teenage friends over for a slumber party and one of them doesn’t eat pork and I was going to Q a butt or spares, oh well sucks to be her.

Thanks again for the welcomes.

Or ask the butcher for a large chuck roast. Smoked pulled chuck is way yummy.

you really should try Larry's chuck method...it's fabulous.
Butt on top, chuck on bottom...gee that sounded Rempish.

A chuck roast may be the call here. Where can one find Larry’s chuck method and rempish?

Toby, go to the barbecue section and scroll down towards the
bottom of the page....find Cliff H's post titled
"Pulled Chuck Roast" he includes a video of how he did it.
