Re: Re: Hello from Arrington, TN.

Hey,
Thanx for the welcoming, & comments on the Lang. I've rethought and will a Weber Smokey Mountain
or a CharBroil Offset. I've had soom real nice success using my MasterBuilt 30" Electrc Smokehouse.
Hopefully I can submit a few photos after the nexr cook. It won't be long.

I'm looking to improve my BButts by using injections. Any comments or suggestions.
I smoke them using Apple & Hickory wood chips. Will probably inject with Apple/Pineapple juice. Then spray litely with the same.

Re: Hello from Arrington, TN.

Sure glad to have another member of the electric gizmo fan club on here. I own two. Brinkmann Gourmet and an el cheapo MB clone type deal labled as Royal Oak. Had em on sale at WW for fifty bucks still in the box. Now who could resist that? Aint got around to cooking on it yet. Now me and the Gourmet is having a love affair. Swear there it nutting that I have bumped into that moochine cant cook well. Why dont you just graduate yourself up to a Smoke Shack or Cook Shack or whutever they call the fancy ones like they use in the supermarket Deli? With one of them WSM's you got to handle that nasty old charcoal and stuff like that. You know the crease in my right hand thumb knuckle is still black from reaching down into bags of lump charcoal too many times. I think it is like a tatoo now. Musta got some under the skin etc. Now you would not want that to happen to you now wouldja? Just trying to cover all the bases here.

Hi Dave,

Welcome to the BBQ Central. I'm just getting started with a WSM and having a ball. Still have a long way to go though. Looking forward to seeing some posts from you.
