I go bye Curtis Nations on the Utah site, if there's any thing I can do let me know. We're always happy to get new people involved.

Re: New Member introduction.

Welcome to the playground. Sometimes I throw a handful of pellets in the ash pan of my smokers to add some different smoke flavoring. Pellets sure do take a lot less storage room than chunks.

I'm not sure I like your name and avatar...at my age, I knda want to stay away from things like that as long as I can.

(just what the ancient Chinese believed) Not my necessary beliefs, Hell I'm 62 and don't want him visiting me soon either, LOL. got to much smokin and eatin to do.

New Member introduction.

Reeper, I've only been smoking about 40 years, and I learn something everyday. Keep an open mind. It's all trial and error, and taste. And the thing is, most everyone in here can cook better food (Que) than anything they will ever buy. But we like to get better! Have fun in here, share and learn.
