The first modification you will need to make to your Chargriller is to paint the stock thermometer with blackout.

Hey Denny welcome. Since you dont seem to be from Maryland will jump to the conclusion that MD stands for medical doctor? Now is that hot or warm? If so I got this pain I gotta axe you about I also need to mooch some free legal advice off Griff come to thunk on it. Thanks for reminding me. Aint neva had a chargriller that I can recall but seems like I have heard folks braggin on em. Congrats.
