I cant really say how I found my way here, but I am sure glad I did. I started listening to Greg' podcasts/radio show last year-- the one that got my interest was the interview with Dave Klose-- maybe that’s how I found my way here. I have been posting food porn and sharing recipes, really more borrowing recipes , on a couple of other forums. I have been grilling for as long as I can recall. Cooked on Dads Hibachi when I was a kid... bought my own Weber kettle when I got my first apartment... Added an offset when I got married... replaced it a few times... relented to the wave of propane grills to some degree and bought a Duo... now the bullet smoker... and yes... still hoping for the Klose offset... and a Big Green Egg... and a smokehouse... and a garage... well you get the idea.

In case you couldn’t tell... I like everything there is about Q! I can tell y'all do too. I am pretty excited about what I can learn here and I am hoping that I can add some things as well.

Good to be here... food porn to follow.

Welcome. You're off to a good start with your fantasy cookers.

Qjuju,

Welcome aboard. I grew up in Ky (Lexington) and Va (Daleville) and love and miss them both. Enjoyed your video about the grilled pulled pork and cheese. Maybe smoking a pork butt this weekend. May have to give that one a try.

Look forward to seeing more.

Take care,
Bryan
