New meat

New here, recognize some names from other sites.

I farm and raise livestock in western KS, married with 2 kids, have been smoke'n for a few yrs now. I have two pellet smokers and a weber OTSilver.

Found the site through a guy named JB007 who has videos.

I joke around alot, I can dish it out and I can take it.

Look'n forward to meeting you all and make'n fun of you some how.

Re: New meat

I can tell you guys are serious.

JB doesn't know me from Adam, I just saw the site on his u-tube vid site. He seams like a pretty good ol turd. At least he drinks good beer, yep.....I'm a skanky lite fan, too.

Re: New meat

Welcome aboard Al. Everyone here gets along pretty good. There's a lot of ribbing going on and it's not all on the grill.

Re: New meat

BW, I went to school in the "east", K-State, back when B. Snyder just started.(late 80's early 90's). My liver and kidneys still hurt.

Couldn't see a T-storm come'n and I hated it, but loved the fish'n. We had a few great spots for crappie and white bass.

I gotta be out here where I can see whats come'n, and be able to see the rockies in 3.5hrs, by car.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.

Re: New meat

Ok well you have at least seen a tree and water etc. Now that is a real purty sight to see them Rockies coming into view when your headed west on the Prarie land road. We went up there thatway one time coming in through the Panhandle of Okiehoma so to hit Colo Springs. Think we missed Kansas by a narrow margin or maybe we nipped the corner. Its been a while back.
