New Kid from Louisana

I have been grilling on and off for many years and have really gotten back into it and smoking here latley. I love to fry fish (white perch, bass and catfish) I also like to boil crawfish and shrimp. I live in the north central part of Louisana. I just bought a Klose 20x54 grill chef and I really enjoy cooking on it. I really look forward to learning alot of new ideas and tips from you guys and gals.

Welcome to the best BBQ Forum on the net. Please post often and remember to take digital pics of the cooks you do. We love food porn here.
