Red face New guy in town!

Hello Folks, Firepup here from Ohio. Yeah I'm a firefighter and that WAS my first love. Once my outdoor kitchen is finished I'll be a Serious Griller so stand by ill need all your tips. Cement block with a Weber insert. Still have an opening for charcoal or whatever.

Ohio imports it's snow from Michigan.

Welcome to the site, we all enjoy food porn, and BBQ Modding projects. Post up some pictures if you have some, would like to see them.

As Bosko said, what part of Ohio. Myself, I am 10 miles from the Toledo Area. Was my stomping ground in my youth, and in some ways still is.
