New Guy from central NY

Hello Everyone,
I just found this place by following a link at sausagemaking.org posted by Wittdog about his smokehouse build. (Which is a sweet unit ) It looks like a nice place to hang out with good info and friendly people.
I've made sausage for years, and most recently I been playing around with cured and smoked meats.
I'm looking forward to leaning some new tricks and maybe sharing some old ones.
Dan
