New from SC Wisconsin

New guy here, looking to learn some new tips and techniques from people that have them to share. Just started grilling a few years ago. Just the simple things like steaks and burgers. Look forward to meeting new people and learning new things.

I have just a simple Weber 18.5 inch Charcoal grill.

Welcome to The Forum Niner, good to have you here. A simple 18.5 Weber is a great place to start, loads of stuff you can do on that pit.

Welcome to the forum! The Weber is a very good starting point, there is a lot of good food you can cook on that. Ask lots of questions and post lots of pictures. I'm in MN, just south of the Twin Cities.

Welcome Niner. Do you have any pictures of anything you have cooked on that Weber? We like pictures.

No Bob, sorry I don't have pics right now. I will start taking pics as I grill from now on. Starting with this weekend, going to try those fiesta burgers I saw on here.
