New from Illinois

I love the website, lots of valuable information and ideas here. I've live in Illinois and have been cooking on my Weber grill (22inch one touch) for quite awhile now.
I'm ready to step my game up and venture out into using my smoker (WSM). I'm looking forward to meeting you guys and exchanging information and photos.

thanks,
dtprkr

Hey DT glad you found your way over here. Narrow is the way and straight is the gate which leads to this place. Few be that find it.

Re: New from Illinois

Welcome. You'll find a lot of information on using both of those Webers on this forum.

Nobody has mentioned it yet, but pictures of what you are talikng about are appreciated. Well, that's not completely correct. the saying is...No pictures, it didn't happen, so don't forget the camera when you cook.
