New Cook On The Block

Hi All My Name is Steve My Friends Call Me "Hop".... So please feel free to call me Hop.

I've been smoking meats for over 30 years on just about everything imaginable....Recently Pulled the Trigger on a Yoder Durango and Having a Ball Learning the Pit......
If Anyone here has a Durango feel free to share any tips......

We nice looking site the admin has here and looks like alot of great folks here too!

With a name like Hop/Hoppy, would it be safe to assume that you make your own beverages containing ...HOPS?

Thanks for the welcome. I wish I did brew. Actually I'm kind of a cripple and walk with a limp. I have been called Hoppy since I was a kid..

Well sorry about that physical challenge. Sounds like your overcoming the obstacle. Great job!! Thought for sure you was a Hop Along Cassidy fan. His pals called him Hoppy ya know?
