Howdy from South Texas

Just want to say howdy and thanks to JB from S La. for telling me about the website. I cook all kinds of bbq. Texas style, mexico, greek, samoan, anything is good to me. I have a Kamado #7 and a gas burner with a disk to fry fish and cook tripas, etc. We use alot of mesquite since it grows wild everywhere here. They give it away or if you have a chainsaw the ranchers will let ya cut it down. I have some good recipes to share and like to try out some of yours. There's no place on earth like american and there's no BBQ like America...God Bless America and Yall !!!.. Thanks again BOY for showing me the website...

See yall later,

Surfinsapo aka Lyn
