hi yall from n.c.

i hope im doing this right if not be patient, i love grilling out and bbq'ing, im always learning something new which makes it fun, i have had my share of mistakes too! i currently have a weber performer 22.5 and i just purchased a weber smokey mountain 18.5 it will be my third smoker, but my first weber, i cant wait to give it a run..anyways, jb told me about this channel so im her to learn, try different things, drink some "pops" while grilling/smoking,i do it year around!!

Hey Yardsausage welcome to the asylum. The inmates seem to be running it purty good huh? Glad to hear you snagged a WSM. Have heard a bunch of bragging on them things for quite a few years. Bound to be a great choice.

thanks bigwheel, i hope to get some good use from it, however being a noob, this channel can be a bit challenging to navigate!, but im sure ill get it down pat after a while...thanks!

Hey Boy. You musta slept through 5th Grade geography like some others I heard about. That monniker which Nick sports come from over in South Europe which looks like a Boot. Swear some folks get somebody to buy em books and send them to school...Then whut do the student do? Yeppers they chew on the book covers.
