Hi there from VA

I've only been smoking for a couple of years, but I sure do enjoy it. My husband is my official taster. He loves eating all those goodies. My smoker is a Masterbuilt 40 electric. I find that's easier for me to control the temperature than a propane one is. Any and all information, recipes and help you can offer is appreciated.

Happy smoking!!

Hi welcome. Hear a lot of good things on the MB electrics. Great choice. Sure somebody has a recipe for anything you might be wanting to cook. This is pretty good link for a comprehensive look at the smoking hobby.

Welcome.
If ya want recipes, search out any thread started by Vermin999. That should keep ya going for a couple years, but there's lots more all over this great forum.

Will triple the high regard for the skills of our young Hero named Vermin. He can make folks chunk rocks at Bobby Flay.
