Hi from the Hoosier State!

Hi all, I'm not new to BBQ but I am here to hopefully hone my skills. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone, and sharing my experiences. I love cooking in general, an lust to cook on my smoker. I'm sure I'm not the only one who fires up his smoker or grill when it's bitterly cold outside in the winter.

Welcome Uncle Bucks BBQ, check out the posting "Frozen Few" and you are not to late to get in the action. With the weather we are having in the mid-west pretty sure we will meet the snow and below 32° criteria over Super Bowl weekend.

Welcome Uncle Buck. Very glad for you to join the fun. It is sorta like going off to college to hang around this place very long. At least there is a lot of drinking going on like in college.
