Actually got to be somewhere in Texas. Nebraska is the heart of Reuben Sandwich country.

NC was cookin' BBQ a LOOOONNNNGG time before any of those other spots y'all mentioned were even discovered. Pigs in NC were being BBQed before Texass knew what a cow was.
