Talking Hey y'all.

I have been watching BBQ Pitmasters and they are BBQing a fresh ham. I haven't done a fresh ham and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to do this? I have degrees in Culinary Arts and Banking and Pastry but we never covered anything like this. Happy to have found this site and look forward to sharing ideas.

Welcome. Could you send me some Banking tips so I can get some of that excess banking money that's around?

I'd cook a fresh ham just like I would a pork butt, just don't cook it much over 150 internally and slice it instead of pulling it. At least the first time or two, anyway.
