hello from Toledo...

Ben lurking for a while and decided to join. I'm a 60y/o displaced Texan, and I love Slow Smoked "Que". Have been smoking since I ws a Kid, watching my Pop. I enjoy learning about Smoking and sharing secrets. Hope I can contribute some useful information and am looking forward to learning more about my passion for Smoked Meats.
Here's a shot of my new toy-
