Hello from Nashville Tn.

Hello all. I just got my first smoker for Christmas. It's a WSM 22.5. I am looking forward to learning alot and eating good.

Welcome Nashville, sounds like a good start with a 22.5 WSM, loads of kind folk here that should help you get to eating good. Have you fired that baby up yet?

Welcome aboard, the land around Nashville is a real nice place to go for a top down drive in a convertible in the fall. Also a good place to find some que, though I'm partial to what I tried just south of the area in Scottsboro, Alabama. This is a great place to get recipes and tips to try out in that smoker as well. If you learn something that you wanna share go ahead and post it up, we also like food pics...

Equipment:
Kingsford 24" Charcoal Grill
Gas grill (any), grilling meats for sale at events
Thinking about building an old style smokehouse and a drum grill/smoker.
Tool set, just like with any other thing you need the proper tool set for it. :D
