I think a person should be forced to start on one of them crazy things. Know I did...so it bound to be right. How is the heat production holding up? You got any holes drilled in the firepan? If not poke a few in there and watch that puppy start walking and talking.

Yeah, I am in totally agreeing with BW on this one. Put a few holes in that pan to get better air flow. If you dont, your fire will just smother itself out. I had that trouble with my smaller Brinkmann. After that it should burn just fine.
