Greetings from Toronto Canada

Hi all, just thought I'd introduce myself quickly.

I'm fairly new to BBQ, I bought a Weber Smokey Mountain cooker about three years ago and quickly added another. Since then I have added a cheap offset smoker I bought new for $20 (I couldn't resist) and a Pro Q Frontier.

Until recently, I was strictly a backyard cook. Last weekend I tried my hand at entering an amateur event to see how my ribs stood up against other amateurs. Luckily enough, I won.

In order to compete again I have to go pro, which is my new obsession. Events up here are done for the year, but at least it gives me a chance to practice.

First off I have to find a cheap, quality, covered trailer to haul my stuff around so I don't have to cram it into the back of a Subaru....

Any Pros want to PM me their secret recipes? Please? With sugar on top?
