Greetings from South Korea

My family and I live in Seoul, where I am stationed with the U.S. Army. We moved to a new apartment about a year ago and opted not to bring our old grill with us. Well, enough was enough. After speaking with management, they gave us permission to put a grill up on the roof. Our building only has 5 floors and the roof is ideal as we are on the 4th floor. My lovely wife bought the grill today and will go pick it up tomorrow since it's big and we didn't have the truck today.

Anyway, I am super excited to get back to the flame and look forward to learning from everyone here.

All the best,

Steve

Re: Greetings from South Korea

Thank you for your service. Your job lets all of us have the opportunity to make several choices that we wouldn't be able to make without your service. Grilling and smoking our food is only one of them.

Congratulations on you being allowed to have a grill. I can't wait to hear more about it. What kind is it?

You sound like you think we have all of the answers. Since you say "I am super excited to get back to the flame" I will bet you can teach some of us a thing or two.

BOB
