Greetings From Snow Country!

Greetings From Snow Country!

My name is Mike and I live with my wife Angela, our daughter Allyson, and our two pointers Buckeye and Magnolia, in Boston, NY.

We have been learning about bbq since 2004. We compete as Giggling Pigs BBQ Co, and are team members of Smoke On The Water and Mr Bobo's Traveling BBQ All Stars.

I was introduced to BBQ Central by Dallas of Double D's BBQ and Witt of Swine Syndicate.

No matter the online bbq forum, my handle is The Giggler.
