What is the difference between a southern zoo and a northern Zoo?
...The southern Zoo has a description of the animal and a recipe.

Welcome to the nuthouse!!... all of us are a little crazy about this BBQ thing that we do. A good group of people here with a lot of good BBQ advice if you need it.

I have an uncle in Libby, about 5 hours NW of you. Pretty country up there.

Too cold for the water system below 20 degrees. Been competing for past 4 years. Won Reserve Champion in both the state of Montana and two weeks later in Idaho in 2005. This year we plan on adding competition in Utah. Own six smokers. Commerially we use a Cookshack 150 clone called a Joe Smoker. After a lot of practice have learned to make pretty good que in it. Compete with 2 WSMs and a New Braunfels offset. Enough blarney. Keep stokin & Smokin.
