Sorry. I thought they were well reviewed. What kind of electric smoker do you recommend?
Me personally I went with the WSM , but I don't have access to cheap firewood , so charcoal is my fuel of choice.

The chips and half fast water tray on the same level is nuts. I have a clone of one which is totally worthless. I use it for a tall table. The electric Brinkmann is a cooking moochine..especially if a person snags a 55 gallon barrel to insulate it in bad weather and use it for a parking garage when not in use. I would recommend the Smoke n Tex for them who are serious about electric bbq cooking and has a little room on the visor card.
