Gator is in the house!

Just found this site. I am starting up a spice company (this seems to be a popular idea) and I am here for the shameless promotion of my spices AND more important, to defend the honor of Americas team, The Dallas Cowboys! - Just kidding Larry Wolfe, we have a lot in common, except for our favorite football team. GO BOYS!

Anyway, I am here for the fun of it, so no worries!

Thanks to Greg for help with the sign-up issues.

Gator
from Blackfoot, Texas (I'll bet you aint never head of dis place)

I BBQ on a "Southern Style Smoker", made on Oklahoma. I need to get a picture of the cooker. It's an upright with the firebox directly below the cooking surface...they tend to cook a 'lil faster than the offsets - but still low and slow.

Oh, yeah, freebies Wittdog - PM your address, I will send you a one of our All Natural Steak Seasonings - It will knock your socks off. See - there goes the shameless self promotion.

You are right about one thing here Gator. I have never heard of Black Foot .

I lived in Groesbeck for five years. That looks to be less than 60 miles from you but I have never heard of Black Foot Texas.

Started a argument between other members

Now Gator,
Q'ers by nature are a frugal bunch. That's why entry fees for compititions must be paid upfront and are not refundable; my local association cashed my check, folded their website and never sent me a decal; get all kinds of excited over free stuff (promotional offers, old weber kettles left in the alley for the trashman etc) and this place is no exception.

We tolerate Texans (ask Bigwheel) and since Romo came on the scene the Cowboys are getting better...

Some of us never finished the 12 step program for porn addiction

And don't worry about arguements between members, that's the moderators are here for

So sit back, grab a beer and enjoy the vast knowledge that most here have to offer (decide for your self if it's breast up or down, fat cap up or down, brisket above butt or butt above brisket). Use your mouse to avoid the shameless self promotions.

BTW, The pit gallery is back, better and still FREE. Click the www button under this post.

PS: You can send the free stuff regular mail to save a few bucks
