Checking in from Chicago

Hey all.

My old man has grilled on charcoal Weber his whole life and helped me assemble my first own Weber (Performer) last summer. Since then, it's been used for everyting from pumpkin seeds to Beer Can Chickens!

I'm looking to get into new techniques, recipies, and foods. I enjoy learning about how other's grill and applying tips to improve my own grilling. This looked like the perfect place to do it!

So a hello to everyone, looking forward to learning, grilling, and having fun in the process.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum. This is an excellent forum with many knowledgeable members. We love pictures, of course this leads to the question you will hear, "Why are you taking pictures of the food?"

Hey Tbone mighty glad to welcome you over here. Sounds like would make a good nominee for the Kettle exspurt postion. We had an old hairy wolfboy on here earlier..his nose is out of joint apparently..who seemed to make the Webers walk and talk. Since he is sulled up..you da man!!
