Another silly Canadian

Hey Everyone.

DivaQ (or was it Vlado) recommended I check this place out. I've been told its full of great people. So here I am.

My name is Jim, I'm part of a team based out of Barrie, Ontario called Simcoe County Smokers. This year was our first full time season in the pro's. (we did 1 amateur and 1 pro comp last year)

I am definatly hooked, and have recently bought a new house that can accomodate a plethora of cookers.

Welcome to the land of Misfit Q'ers. Please post often and DO include the pics. We love food porn here.

Maybe we will meet at the Oink.

That is the truth.

Jim is a very dear friend of mine and extremely modest.

Jim Tibor and David form the incredible Simcoe County Smokers. They were the winners of the Ontario Series of Championship BBQ and they also won an invite to the Jack. They know their stuff.

I am glad to call him my friend.

(HE is also is kind enough to back my trailer into my garage cause I can't do it to save my life)

A good guy for sure.

Welcome, Jim. You must be a really good guy to get such a fine endorsement from Diva.
