Sounds like work to me Now maybe mama digs the hole and gathers the wood. Used to do a lot of cooking like that in boyscouts. Wouldn't classify it as easy but was mighty tasty on most occasions. Nearly kilt me one time when the scout master cooked up some old tough beef ribs which since they wasnt fit to eat he decided to give me one. I took a big bite chewed a time or two and swallowed. That old stringy gristle got hung in my throat and shut off my air. Fortunantly was able to reach in and grab it with my fingers and pull it out. That back before Mr. Hiney invented his licking manuver.

Welcome. Gotta admit I don't have a gasser, but I kinda wish I did. I'm just cooking for two most of the time and when it comes to weeknight grill'in a gasser seems like a good option to me.
