Aloha!

Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii. My name is Erik and I am new to the forum. I grill whenever I get the chance and Hawaii affords great weather to get outside. I consider myself a grilling newbie and I'm learning all the time. This summer I hope to get a new grill (wouldn't it be great to have a policy of getting a new grill every year?) to add to the arsenal.

Re: Aloha!

Erik, good news, if you buy a Weber, you won't have to buy one every year! Welcome to the jungle!

Re: Aloha!

Welcome Erik,
This is a great forum; you're going to have a good time here. I spend a lot of time in Honolulu (Waikiki, Kahala & Kailua) and I love smoking with Kiawe wood (especially pork bellies). I look forward to your posts.
Mahalo and Aloha
