Okay, here is the deal. My mom called last night about a VAN rally that is being held at their campground in August. They don’t have any venders lined up so she wanted to know if I want to do it.

1st problem WAS, its my 23 wedding anniversary weekend. The wife said no problem if we will be making money. LOVE THAT WOMAN.

What I am thinking about for menu is the K.I.S.S. theory. Need help with price. There are 75 VANS figuring 2 people per van plus the seasonal campers at 36+. Remember this is vending, not catering.

Friday night

Grilled Polish Sausage with green peppers and onions
chips
lemonade or ice tea

($5 ?) ($6 ?)

Saturday morning
3 pancakes and 3 sausage links with coffee

($4 ?) ($5 ?)

Saturday lunch
Hamburgers, hot dogs
pasta salad
Lemonade or ice tea

($6 ?)

Saturday dinner
Pulled Pork
baked beans
slaw
tater salad
lemonade or tea

($8 ?)

Couple thoughts;

Are you supplying any other condiments; ketchup, mustard, onions, relish etc.?

On Friday night sausage, I'd go $6

Saturday morning breakfast, $5, I'd get some OJ also.

Saturday Lunch; $5, see condiment note above

Saturday Dinner; personally I'd lose the beans and charge $8, I'd make sure they got a pretty good sandwich, size wise, we all know your Q is top drawer.
