Buy it already chopped..or buy it by the bucket already turned into cole slaw. Folks do not come to a bbq event to eat rabbit food. They turn carniverous (sic). They will eat twice as much tater salad as slaw and they dont want much tater salad.

I have one of those "boat motor" things with a chopper attachment. Works great.

Get them from approved source already chopped for liability purposes and for ease.

My food supplier has a decent pre-made version....I just add a
little vinegar to it. Big Wheel is right though, folks love the tater
salad.

I only do small parties and use pre chopped.

PreChopped with the "Creamy Cole Slaw" dressing recipe from "Smoke and Spice." I disagree with Wheeler and Cappy. Folks LOVE it on top of their sandwich . Personally, I rarely eat tater salad unless I made it myself, or I know the maker to be up to my standards. One of my few food quirks is improperly trimmed potatoes!
