I'd cook two butts and 1 brisket. Is this a pork crowd or a beef crowd? All adults? Any other meat there?

if the 10 pound butt cooks down to 5 pounds, and the 12 lb brisky cooks down to 6 pounds, you have 11 pounds of servable meat... about 44 serving at 4 oz.'s... BUT...Mountain bike crowd type people eat like they are going to prison, after each ride... and always figure, what ever they eat or drink, they'll ride off tomorrow, or sometime in the near future........ smart idea cooking two butts.... may not be profitable, but definately smart, so you dont run out of food..
