Just picked up another.

Got a referral from a job I did two years ago and just booked a Yacht Club right near downtown (55th and North Marginal)Cleveland for June 02. Should be 120 folks. Good season kick-off deal! Got a grad party for 200 on the 23rd and a charity fundraiser for 300 or more on June 30th. Looks like I'll be busy in June. Fun to think about it now when it's cold!

Oh, I thought you'd go reinvest some of that catering money in a few Double, 8 shelf Cambos, two door, double, chafing dishes, twin 75,000BTU grill burners, a new set of High Carbon knives... lol what the heck do I know.. I'd spend on Dog and Suds chili dogs, ya know
