Wow Cap'n. You're turning into the "go to guy" for catered events. First the boss's party and now 600 dogs for the car show. Good job. I tried to count how many dogs you had on the grill in those grill shots. Not a good idea on Saturday night. What was the red car in pic #10?

John, that's just wrong. I keep telling my wife the same thing. She doesn't care either.

Walter the tent was provided by the mall.

It was a free event for the car show attendees, so there was no
charge to them. Costco provided all the food and drinks, so my
only costs were my time and gas. The mall agreed to pay my
catering insurance for a year if I did this, which I quoted them
at 600 bucks. However, I shopped around and found the same
insurance for 350 bucks! So I saved them some money, and I'm
insured for a year.
