I have 2 "whole hog" gigs on the books so far. Feels real weird to receive money for a cook rather than watching cash fly out of my pocket
One is for four (kid's) baseball teams in July and another is a wedding reception in Sept.
Have a brochure made up which now needs to be mailed out. Hopefully, word-of-mouth will take over.
