Those are the best kind of jobs, That's the kind of thing I'm after these day's ( if I ever get my take out place open ) I don't want to have a full bore barbecue place, just take out with large orders going out the door. I have 2 customers that I do whole hog for every year and thats enough. The rest is drop off or pick, leave your dough, then you go.
