Those are the best kind of jobs, That's the kind of thing I'm after these day's ( if I ever get my take out place open ) I don't want to have a full bore barbecue place, just take out with large orders going out the door. I have 2 customers that I do whole hog for every year and thats enough. The rest is drop off or pick, leave your dough, then you go.
 
That's also my favorite type of job, someone is coming to pick up 2 slabs of ribs from the Bel Air cook off. I also deliver in my area.

I'm negotiating with a group for a golf tournament. I probably will do it but they are constantly beating me down for price. I gave them an ultimatum with a drop dead date for a 50% deposit and signed contract for tomorrow
