Get out the vote pig roast

This is the pig roast we did a couple weeks ago for the "Get out the Vote" Republican Party. We had around 385 folks. The hog weighed in at 280lb dressed weight. I had to cut the feet and head off to get it to fit in the cooker.

Good looking pig Bill...from the looks of it though you should be filling up every vehicle you own with fellow Virginians and driving them to the poles to make sure they vote and just not eat.

I figure thats less than a 1/4# per person. I take it not all ate on the hog. Slinging one around that is that heavy had to be a deal.
