Well, doin some figurin an this is what I came up with, now bear in mind I'm here in the midwest an ya don't get top dollar like you folks towards the coasts, but I thin I can make a decent profit. Prices might be a bit higher at larger events where the site fee be more. Figurine this round town fer the lunch crowd an maybe folks stoppin by on the way home.

As a consumer (not caterer) I think it looks good, as in I'd buy your food. Well maybe not the ribs, but everything else.

Hillbilly Your prices look real good from here. I think you got a real nice variety too (covers alot of people's differing tastes) Good Luck with your venture (always been a dream of mine to do some roadside vending) :D
