Classic Potato Salad for 50 People

10 lbs of Red Potatos [I like then better]
5 Cups of Mayo
4 Tablespoons French's Mustard
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
6 Stalks of Celery
1 Large Onion
1 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
Dash or so of Sugar


Boil and cut Potatos
Mix wet and dry Ingredience
Blend
Adjust to taste.


People love that stuff cus it's simple and leaves room for tweaking.

Oh and she did not listen to me when I said put Egg Shells in the trash. "No, my mom says they sharpen the disposal's blade". No Michele they just clog the drain.

By the time I got Kenny over to help me install a screen door and start Tatos on fish fryer she had swept 5 dozen egg shells down the dang sink.
